Item Condition

 We are happy to accept artwork for exchange or refund within 30 days of order. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order number, or order confirmation email is required.

Exclusions

Paintings which have been commissioned are excluded from a standard refund. A clear and open process at sequential stages throughout the commissioning process will ensure that the customer has every opportunity to agree subject matter, colour palettes and any other agreed deliverables such as framing and mounting.

Return Shipping

Paintings must be packaged securely in original packaging and returned to the address stipulated in communication via the email address provided.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
