I run occasional workshops which explore painting in a bold, playful and experimental way. Workshops are inclusive, intimate and held in interesting spaces around the United Kingdom. FESTIVE wooden wreath painting workshops

Join local artist Lucy Innes Williams at a festive workshop and create a hand-painted wooden wreath to hang in your home year after year.
Using fresh flowers and seasonal foliage as your inspiration, Lucy will take you through warm-up exercises to loosen your hands as well as wreath sketches ahead of starting on your final wreath painting. You will choose a colour palette, before focusing on painting and drawing details onto your wooden wreath.
Participants will choose from three different laser cut designs with every design sketched and adapted from one of Lucy’s artworks. All designs are laser cut locally in Cornwall.
All materials are provided and no experience is necessary, just an enthusiasm for creating something new in a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
Lucy will bring plenty of floral reference books and examples of her signature colourful, expressive style for plenty of colour and pattern inspiration.
